Rebecca Cagle is a student services coordinator at the University of North Texas Office of Disability Accommodation and oversees the Text Conversion and Assistive Technology. She has experience working in postsecondary disability services since 1996 and has taught high school students with learning disabilities. Rebecca holds a master’s in Assistive Technology & Human Services from California State University at Northridge, received her bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Science from UT Southwestern Medical Allied Health Sciences, and obtained a certificate in Life Care Planning. Memberships: Denton Mayor's Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities, North Texas Area Rehabilitation Association, Denton County MRC (Health Emergency Alert Response Team), and AHEAD (Association on Higher Education and Disability). She serves on the Freedom Scientific advisory committee, DCTA advisory committee, Elsevier publishing advisory committee, UNT orientation advisory committee, UNT safety committee and serves as an advisor to the DAPI international honor society UNT Alpha Nu Chapter.
